Saying Good Bye

We had Jade's going away party last night. I forgot how much girls scream instead of talk. Where were ear plugs when I needed them? Jade had a mixture of friends-girls and guys. One guy in particular,Jared, her boyfriend. He is such a sweet,caring, tender-hearted kid and cute too.Jared bought Jade this necklace with his own money...and lots of it. ahhhhhhh..He went to Jared...no... he IS Jared. Just had to throw that in.Lol.Jade wore it all night. Haley ..and her friends..wanted to know if he had any brothers. I'm living the commercial. We all had fun getting to know Jared and the rest of Jade's friends. We took a group picture. Alot of tries...finally got this one. We uploaded it to Walgreens, Bryan picked it up and we sent one home with everyone. It was in a card with her new address on it. See, I can be creative ,sometimes.We played games. Blind bumper volleyball was their favorite. Then Bryan got involved and convinced them to stand up and play. They hit him directly in the face...and hard... Good thing it was a beach ball. I caught it on camera..by accident of course. But here it is:We popped balloons with our "bumpers", had a bubble gum blowing contest,played blind bumper volleyball, did the "cupid shuffle" (It's a line dance we learned this summer and the kids learned it in gym class),Had a row of kids on each side and every kid did their "thing" (dance or whatever) one at a time, and of course...ate. I think the party was a success. Jade is doing her round off. Everyone is cheering.....Go, Jade,go jade,go jade....My friend, Pamey was able to come too. She didn't mind that I was busy playing hostess. Thanks, Pamey. We go to church together. Jade and her daughter,Molly ,are in Girl Scouts together. This is Pamey, Jerry and Molly. Brayden, her son, is busy playing elsewhere in the room.

All in all----no one was hurt...There was alot of laughing,screaming and giggling....I think everyone had fun.Stay tuned.....Haley's party is tonight......SLUMBER PARTY.......8 teenage girls........
