Thanksgiving Visit

Thanksgiving was great. The kids had fun with each other ...as you can tell. We had a blast. The whole family was there. Everyone ate until we were stuffed. Great food....thanks mom.

Bryan and I finally met Warren, Ashley's boyfriend. I'll have to say...Ashley has very good taste in men. Warren is a sweet guy. You can tell he really cares for Ashley.... and puts up with us..Lol. He and Bryan hit it off instantly. They started talking hunting. I see a hunting trip in their future

The kids all played ...wrestled. My cousin came in from NC with her two girls, Sarah and Chloe. Haley Jade and I hadn't seen Chloe since she was born. The kids had fun together.

Here are all of Papaw Nichols' great grandchildren except Little Van. He's not a picture taker. ....And little Brodey....who isn't her yet. I'll have plenty of pictures of him on here in February.....after he's born.

After lunch at Mom's and afternoon of wrestling with the kids, we headed over to Mamaw Jessie Mae's for supper. Wanda and Jade have a battle going on over the Wii. They would play for hours if we'd let them. We enjoyed having time with our family. We were all there except David. We missed him. We'll see him at Christmas though.

Wanda couldn't wait until Christmas......She gave them Wii Sing it....now. The girls love it!!! Jade must have sang for 3 hours the first day. She sang "This is me" at least 9 times. I think I could sing it now.......Thanks Wanda. Haley really enjoyed it too. I knew Haley had a nice voice.But after hearing her on the Wii, She can belt it out. She has an awesome voice.

We also saw some old friends and met new ones. Jade waited anxoiusly to meet Macey Allen. They had been emailing each other ever since they found out they would be at the same school in January. We are moving back home Dec. 20th. The kids Jade went to school with go to Washington. Now she is in another district and didn't know anyone until I asked Cassie, Macey's mom if she knew any girls Jade's age that would go to her school. Thank God, Macey and Jade are the same age and same school. That was a relief for me and Jade. Anyway, they got together and played on Sat.While they were playing, her mom,Cassie and I got to catch up. When we were little kids, Cassie and her sister,Kristy played with me and my sister,Kathy. It was great catching up. Jade and Macey had fun. Macey also went to church with us Sat. night. Jade was a bit apprehensive about going to class by herself. But she and Macey took off and had fun.......Thanks Macey.You have already made the move so much easier on Jade.

Whenever we move, I pray for good Christian friends for the girls and a church we can get involved in. Now both prayers have been answered.

We are now counting down to our move day.......19 days to go........This move will be bittersweet. We have an awesome church here and awesome friends.....Pamey. The girls have great Christian friends. We are close to the beach. The schools are great.......But......we also miss our family. We can't wait to see old friends and catch up and make new ones..
